| @DanSmigrod I spoke with them at length a great product, the video was a little wonky, I had a few agents review it and they felt the video was too much like a Star Wars zoom effect. But the photos were phenomenal, I did not get the camera I used the test shots they sent me to review and shared them with my agents. They all said the same thing. I sent it to three agents, they all would use the photos, 2 would use the walk through only on extremely high-end homes and nobody would use the videos. The price point for me after the trail period was not good enough to warrant another camera in the Seattle area unless it guaranteed a minimum market referral from Giraffe of 5 shoots per month within the 2 zip code preference. That was my takeaway and I not sure Giraffe can guarantee that even with their connections. | ||

| I ordered Giraffe Pro (I hope it's the new PRO) in the test version with the code WGAN. That is, through the link from WGAN. We'll see how the device works - if it's brilliant - I'll write about it everywhere and show samples. If I don't like something - I'll write about it too. I'm only worried about the small number of available projects to do - I still don't understand how it works with these projects? And now there are supposed to be some credits - I don't understand that at all. So I have to wait for live tests  . |

Earlier I clicked on the affiliate link (WGAN.info/giraffe-360) but now I really don't know what it is about - because this link is not working for me at the moment. Second thing - I am not from the USA? Now I don't know if I could even place an order for this camera? On this page from the redirect there is no information that it is only for new US customers - but in the regulations it is written something that only for the USA? The money was withdrawn from the bank account, but I did not receive any confirmation from Giraffe - that the payment is accepted? |

| I have a serious problem, when paying I used the WGAN affiliate link - which offered 10 credits for 10 projects. 10 projects are only 2 of my clients who ordered from me! When I presented the proposal of the new photo/video/VR/360 offer to my regular clients' network - I already have over 30 orders from them - and only a few hours have passed since I sent the information! How do I solve this problem? What should I tell them? That I will do these walks from the new Giraffe pro offer? Or maybe that they have to wait an unknown amount of time for their turn - which will cause me to lose them?! And I still get new orders every hour! I don't know who to talk to about this at Giraffe? I still don't know who to write to and where? Please HELP! - I don't know what to do! (Time GMT + 01:00) 12:32:00 - Another client of mine just wrote to me that he has 200 properties to do virtual tours of - someone give me the contact person at Giraffe - so we can talk about it! |
