I have the Matterport 3D Showcase app on my phone which I downloaded ages ago. With it I can click on "CLOUD" on bottom right without needing a log on....  And then I can enter in the alphanumeric ID of a Matterport model  Once I complete the search, I can download that model and I have it available for offline viewing. I had a client ask to have a "download" of a Matterport model and I was going to reply that there's no download file but he could follow the instructions as per what I wrote above and download the app, but I can't find it anymore in the Appstore even though it still works on my phone. Did Matterport discontinue this? If so, what's the current way to allow a customer to have the model indefinitely for offline viewing? |

| Yes, it is discontinued. And I tested to download new Pro3 spaces with an old installment of the Showcase App and it did not work anymore. Currently no offline solution with Matterport available. They promised to create a new offline viewer solution with the Capture App but nothing new here since almost two years. My clients need solutions for busy trade fair presentations. It is really a big malus for Matterport to have no offline possibility anymore. |

| @Queen_City_3D why not go professional with 3DVista and you can forget being a hostage to MP. They have NEVER had our best interest at heart as they are driven by one thing only their pocketbook. Once you get over the learning curve you will never look back and your clients will thank you for finding a better solution which you have complete control of and is far more feature rich then MP. |
