Does anyone else have clients subscribed to this program? They advertise High-Res images, but I'm sort of battling it out with them right now because I can't see a difference really. I know my client is paying a premium for this feature and I'm trying to make sure she is getting true value. Plus, this feature is coming to Aryeo later this year, and honestly I wouldn't even mention it to clients right now because I feel I can't see a difference. I honestly think there's a little Don't get me wrong, I understand there is much more to their program as the listings really do show better than just their default ones. From the agent branding, photo carousel, etc, it just looks better. But the Hi-Res images aren't what is advertised. See screenshot below for example. Going back and forth with their support now. May share a video as well. ![]() |

Haha, that image isn't helpful at all. Here's the YouTube video. If you watch fullscreen/4k then you can easily see the difference I'm referring to. Skip to like the 2 minutes mark to see the side by side. https://youtu.be/IL6B_MKI2hc |

I have a couple agents in this program ~ I do not believe images are any higher quality on their showing time plus however Zillow could overwrite images if a certain mls really crushes the images

I just had a client this week drag me into signing up for the Aryeo Lite program. Its the front-end for receiving media for the Showcase program. Didn't take more than 10 minutes to create a Lite account (I had an inactive Pro account that I couldn't use). There was no mention or request for high-res photos from the realtor. I export from Lightroom with a 5MB size limit. High-res would be exporting the edited TIF files with no compression, about 3 times larger (and more time watching them upload). Intero is providing a sizeable subsidy for their agents to participate in the Showcase program, dropping their out-of-pocket costs to around $200, from what I hear. From the appearance of the media presentation on the page, that cost is going to be attractive to a lot of Intero agents. Interestingly, I had captured a Matterport tour at the request of the homeowner, plus the Zillow 3D Home Tour to get the floor plan from Zillow. After I submitted the Matterport tour to the system, the agent contacted me because Zillow wanted the Zillow tour. Right now, the Zillow tour is showing up at the top of the page for that listing and the link to the Matterport tour is down the page (buried!) in the Facts and Features section. So I wonder if participation in the Showcase program requires featuring the Zillow 3D Home tour in that prime location at the top of the listing page? |

@Dataventurer I have a couple agents that swear by the program and a few that saw no value ~ at the end of the day it really comes down to agents actually using a system ~ at the end of the day it only takes a couple minute to do this for the couple clients I have using the system and keeps my clients happy so, I am pleased to do it. Showing Time+ Does Require a Zillow 3D home tour w/floor plan Zillow is also offering Media credit to large Rental Groups to encourage them to have Zillow 3D home tours w/floor plans for rentals ~ I have gotten several of these requests this spring. |

This real estate listing site war is a total scam. Zillow 3D is inferior. I’m glad to be phasing out of the biz. (Semi retiring but I can’t turn down matterport jobs.)

@Dataventurer Yes, they do require the Zillow 3d tour to do Showcase. Their sales people aren't very clear on that. My client had me do Matterport the first time I shot for this and had to go back out and redo it. Wish they would allow Matterport. My client has gotten feedback from multiple sellers saying the dimensions are wrong. I know there's a disclaimer, but I wish there was an option to just remove them all together. |

@HarlanHambright I just bundle the Zillow 3D home tour in my basic photography package which has been a pretty popular bundle |
