I work 24/7 and when I send texts at 2am clients think I'm weird and some text me at 2am (then expects me to respond in 30 minutes). This has me schedule texts to 8am. Also I text workers at 2am too and they feel obligated to respond. This makes it so I don't burn them out. It resets relationships and expectations in your favor. What do you think |
