I am done, spent an hour with customer service on Monday and after being snickered at and treated like CRAP and that I did not know what I was doing I am finished. Matterport is geared for big business and definitely not for the small business photographers' good luck to all of the rest of you Matterport user. I will still be here you haven't got rid of me, but it will be strictly Realsee from this point forward, can't deal with the Matterport nonsense. For all of you still stuck on Matterport check out Matterfix in a few weeks a good slightly used Pro3 coming up for sale. No this was not a quick impulsive response to this one issue I have had several run ins with MP over the last five years.

Sorry to hear Ron, that's crappy. I've had many run in's with them as well, and like you, I've been with them from the start. I also sent my concerns up the ladder, and they were also ignored. The original people that joined up and supported the platform are part of their success story, and it's pretty crappy that they treat the MSP like that.
I have a brand new realsee camera that hasn't been used if you are interested in a swap

@Jamie Sorry I saw this coming about a year ago and bought a Realsee then but had already purchased a Pro for a large commercial contract, that commercial work is done was trying to make it work real estate it just did not work and I tried.

Sometimes it’s better to “count to 3” and let them be who they are.

Just don’t “cut off your nose to spite your face”

There will be a time that you need that solution. Be “done”, but never let them know your moves. All the best!

@3dVuz Thank you for the info and input, Well this time I did count to three, the original Pro camera, 2013, the Pro 2 in about 2018 or 19 and then the Pro 3 2022. The three count is there, now I am on one the one count with Realsee G1. We will go from there.

@ScanYourSpace There are a lot of them but the two glaring issues are when the customer service rep started laughing when I asked camera removal. I respond with you can declutter a whole room but you cannot remove a camera from the mirror. He then said your wrong you can remove a camera from the mirror. I tried to explain and he would not let me talk and started to go thru the process and I said look at my model and he goes "Oh the camera is gone" I said yes so I do know how to do that but look at the quality of the process. He asked me what software I used and I told him and he said MP recommends Photoshop only because your downsized the photo. I said MP downsized it and then made it worse when it processed it. The customer service tech said he had used Photoshop and it works and did not know what to say. Well that is not the case again I am just tired of the uphill battle with MP. Like I said they declutter a whole room but not remove one camera. This was the last straw for me.
