Cubicasa problems with iPad20289

Cubicasa home scan with iPad Mini 2 last week failed.
Cubicasa tech support said "Unfortunately, we had a technical issue with your order, we couldn't process the essential data we need to be able to create the floor plan for you. The captured data is narrow horizontally and taller vertically, as a result, the data is not accurate and invalid.
We had a technical issue, we were not able to process your order and it has been cancelled."

I redid the scan with my Android phone, all good.

Anyone else had this issue, and could you solve the problem?

@sdubose99 did you get the email that said there was an issue with the newest iOS for Apple and consider not upgrading until the issue was resolved. I deleted email but I will see if I can locate it.

Thanks, I did not see that... was it an email from Cubicasa? I don't think I upgraded my OS but maybe it was automatic. Have they said it's resolved, or .... ?

Email I believe was from CubiCasa but not sure, Google search shows it still an issue as of 3 days ago. I looked and can’t find it. I will check my desktop tomorrow.
