JohnLScott tour integration1853

DigitalImageries private msg quote post Address this user
I've done a couple of tours for JohnLScott realtors and both have had difficulty getting it on their websites.

This is an example.
http://www.johnlscott.com/Home/16-4324/CDC/16939-PAINTED-ROSE-RD-S-Worley-ID-83876/

Click on the virtual tour tab to the right
The request gets diverted to webhelper and I get this message

http://webhelper.centurylink.com/index.php?origURL=http%3A//https//my.matterport.com/show/%3Fm%3DJbTqa8NyERo%26brand%3D0&r=http%3A//www.johnlscott.com/Home/16-4324/CDC/16939-PAINTED-ROSE-RD-S-Worley-ID-83876/&bc=

The link Matterport gives is
https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=JbTqa8NyERo

I'm trying to get help from Jls'S TECH people but no return call yet.

Anyone know what is going wrong?

I think it is a matter of not typing the address accurately. This is what I get when I copy the address:

http://https//my.matterport.com/show/?m=JbTqa8NyERo&brand=0

When it's changed to this, it seems to work fine

https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=JbTqa8NyERo&brand=0

We found that we need to take the 's' off the https for our NWMLS in the PacNW area.

Thanks, It seems like their template puts in a https. I'm going to suggest they drop the http(s) and see what that does. I can't test it myself.

DigitalImageries, The 16939 PAINTED ROSE RD S, Worley, ID tour I noticed a ghost in one of the scans. I will try and attach the pic. I think you might just be able to get rid of that scan. It is when you enter the great room from the kitchen.

Just letting you know its there

Cheers
