Today I noticed that my card was sorely detached from my plan. I have a classic plan. I do not know if someone did it consciously so that the funds were not withdrawn from my account so that the classic account would be canceled

I experienced something similar some months ago.
everything was as per normal, and one day i started noticing warning emails about arrears in payment.

I was given the runaround with MP directing me to bank, and vice versa.
The conclusion was MP didnt accept Debit Cards (which I was using for years without problem)

I had to switch to my personal credit card.

Some months after, I got a new company debit card, input it back in, and it worked.

Yes I use Debid Card since 2017. It 's Visa. Did you have Visa as well or mastercard?
