Carson Clement: Openhaus is an app where people can share and experience other people's homes in 3D. We have people who are mostly social media creators, or interior designers who are sharing shoppable 3D home tours.

Then people like you and I can walk around and explore, save ideas, and shop inside of those homes. We're currently using the Matterport Capture Services on-demand, that makes it really, really simple for us to help these people create home tours and share them via Openhaus.

We use Matterport's API and SDK to make product data available, and up-to-date inside of a virtual tour. Walking around and say, kotuttle, @kotuttle on Instagram.

If you're walking around her tour on Openhaus, and you hover over a little product tag, you can see a product image. You can see the product title, where it's from, sometimes you can see the price of that product.

If you click on the "Shop" button, it will take you to that product's website, whether that's Crate & Barrel or Anthropologie, that product data is right there available for you inside of that tour.

People that are sharing home tours on Openhaus have people taking on average 20 steps inside their home tours. People on average on some of these tours are viewing eight or more products inside of a home tour while they're spending time inside.

We did a case study with a boutique home decor brand. We took that home tour and we made it available on the product pages. We saw an increase of 65 seconds on page which is huge for an e-commerce business.
