| I hesitate to add another topic to the already 480 Pricing posts.... Just scanned through most of them and found nothing related to non-tour videos. Most are Matterport questions. So... Please opine if you can offer any input: A real estate associate asked me yesterday to consider providing video production services for about 40 short videos (about 5 minutes) on topics related to real estate for buyers and sellers. Here are four topics from the list: What is an Easement and How Do You Find It? What are Contingencies? Are You Ready to Buy? Choosing a Lender I won't be doing the creation of the material. I'll need to meet various services providers (inspectors, appraisers, loan agents, etc.) to set up lighting, mic, and camera and record the interviews. Then edit and produce the clips. I think we can create a simple intro and outro to add to each video for branding. Please suggest how to price for these services. Producing videos is not my main focus of work but this agent is a friend for whom I am also seeking to provide lead generation services in the next few weeks. Thank you for your consideration.
