| What Mobile App are you using for adding captions over an image such as a floor plan? Do you ever take a snapshot of a Matterport floor plan or an image with damage. Then “type” a note, make a line measurement, circle a section that needs attention or other details on top Of the image using a “mobile app”? |

| Thank you @DanSmigrod for this suggestion. I currently use another inspection form with a major client and this appears to be a great tool for others. Looking for something a bit more simple. Might want to put some numbers over some areas. Make a couple lines and scribble in a single image. Not an entire report. Looking for something a step or two better than Pixlr or FB Messenger. *Something with emojis would be fun to break up the office stiffness with others* |
