| We'll this is our first "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED We're sorry, but this model is not available." I've heard others getting similar error but with various reasons. This was small job - only about 1800sf. Hoping this doesn't develop into a trend with MP. No tell-tale signs on user side. We contacted support and waiting to hear back. |

| This has happened to me on multiple occasions. After reprocessing it turned out fine. Not sure why. | ||

| We did re-upload and seems fine now. Lesson here - Matterport servers are not perfect so do NOT delete your iPad model until you have completely reviewed and are happy with finished model. | ||
