Open this link on your phone and you'll see my problem. I know Matterport isn't responsive, but what are my best options? jscottsmith.com/nolans-tobacco-cigar-bar/ |

technically the matterport model is as responsive as the CSS on the website you embed the ifram code on. There´s a bunch of different things you can try, best bet is making a custom CSS with a media query on the website so the matterpot fills the viewport div 100 %. The first thing you should try is just setting the iframe width to 100% instead of a fixed pixel size of 853 by 480 as it is now. Most likely you´ll have portrait/landscape or height scaling issues though, hence the first suggestion of a custom CSS to make it responsive with a media query for the ifram viewport/div. |

Hey guys... Initially the Matterport iframe wasn't internally responsive, but they remedied that a number of months ago. As @3DscannUK notes though, you'll still need to embed the iframe "responsively" on your own site. You might find this site helpful...just use the "Generic Iframe" option: http://embedresponsively.com/ Or...maybe consider investing in my WP3D Models WordPress plugin (if you run a WordPress site) as it will take care of all this, and much more, for you! ![]() |

yup, I was waiting for @rpetersn to see this ![]() As far as I can judge based on the source code @jscottsmith is running a wordpress site, I would highly recommend getting the WP3D plugin. |

@3DscannUK - Yeah...sorry...I've tried to limit how much I post about WP3D Models and throw it out there when I see where what I created offers a direct solution. I hope you haven't felt like it is still too much....nobody wants to be THAT guy. ![]() |

I certainly didn´t mean it as a bad thing, I just couldn´t remember your username and was too tired to look for it. The WP3D plugin is an excellent solution for those who are not able t owrite their own CSS. I would recommend it to anyone that needs to implement several matterport models on a wordpress site. |

No worries! I just don't want to be seen as the guy at the party that's always talking about himself and/or always trying to sell something. ![]() Thanks all & Happy New Year. |

I figured @rpetersn would chime in. ☺ I've considered wp3d more than once! Still may do it, but it's priced a bit more than an impulse buy. Depends what happens with my scan business. Thanks for all the help. I didn't know that matterport had changed the iframe's operation. I ended up sorting it out with your recommendations. Thanks! |

Thx @jscottsmith! Note that we're changing the pricing to be $199 for 1 year of licensing, starting on Jan 1. Maybe that'll help you decide to take "the plunge" with WP3D. Thx all. ![]() |
