There you can define scan positions and place an action behind them, for example a play audio Popup. As soon as you walk over one of these scan positions the audio will be played. 3DVista is probably the best solution for these action driven features, but if you are on Matterport, the MPskin is a good alternative.

work around for vacation rentasl fotoguy 1 8 yearsfotoguy (835): I don't know if anybody has tried this but I am photographing a tour for a client that uses two rental services. I created a .jpg QR code to put in his photo reel. I will add text that will say something like "scan me for virtual tour". He tested a QR code from an older tour of mine and it seemed to work. I don't know if the companies will catch it and delete it but it's worth a try.
