I told him you have to get people INSIDE to appreciate it. And this place is too far out. Good news is a 3D Tour from Matterport is the only solution & perfect solution. I suggested he speak to a tech savvy agent. She listed it and it sold to foreign buyer site unseen. Active Aryeo user, love it.
