Most of the local stagers in my area typically shoot their own short social video and stills once they finish setting up. That said I have had to shut down a couple of rental companies that have stolen images without permission. I typically will leave the door open if they would like to have the property professionally shot moving forward.

18 hoursvrephoto (76): I provide 6 months of hosting for all scan types and charging a monthly fee per space for additional months, but it's become such a headache to track and bill these so I need to change this to a 6 or 12 month billing increments. I haven't even been enforcing this for most residential scans that go over 6 months because it's too much of a hassle.

I let customers know I can provide the additional files at cost plus a margin or I can transfer a copy of the space to their own matterport account for free if they want to maintain an account and order the add ons themselves.

XGRIDS positions the PortalCam for higher visual clarity but for smaller areas than its other scanners like the K1 and L2. The PortalCam lidar has a shorter reach and you need to walk a bit slower. So it's definitely a device that prioritizes image quality over precision. They don't say it explicitly, but I think they go after MP.
