You provided clear steps to compile a mailing list from email messages. Then you mentioned the mailing services, that caught my attention because I know sending out volumes of email can cause problems.

So, Send In Blue or Mailchimp as your mailing service... Are you on the free plan for Send In Blue?

Did you have any specific reasons why you are using Send In Blue? I hadn't heard of them before.

Thank you! I use sendinblue on the paid account, I have 350k emails I can send a month. I rarely hit that. I'm currently paying $173 or so per month. I think I average about 120k emails per month.

I was on mailchimp but switched because sendinblue was cheaper from what I remember, based on the size of my list.
